Michael Belanger is the Vice President Commercial Strategy at GCP Hospitality, which manages a growing portfolio of over 40 properties and 7,500+ keys around the world including the Regent Hong Kong, Pullman Bangkok Hotel G, Together Co-Living Melbourne, and 14 hostels in New Zealand with Haka House. Under his guidance, the company is developing commercial best practices and processes for Hotels, Hostels, Serviced Apartments and Student Accommodations.
Prior to joining GCP Hospitality, Michael worked over 15 years with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) in Canada, Dubai, Singapore and Hong Kong, with his most recent role at the company’s flagship, InterContinental Hong Kong, as Director of Revenue Management.
Michael graduated in Hospitality Management from l’Institut de Tourisme et d’Hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ) in 2002 and Marketing Management at HÉC Montréal in 2004. He holds an MBA from University of Fredericton in Canada. He is also a member of HSMAI and involved in the Asia-Pacific Revenue Advisory Board and the Thailand Chapter.

Chakorn is a tech-driven owner of Atmind Group, overseeing the management of 7 hotels, including the iconic Arbour Hotel Pattaya. Equipped with fundamental skills in Python, he builds fast and lightweight tech tools to identify opportunities and create new ways of working. As a data wizard in training, Duetto has become the next challenge in his leveling-up journey.
Chakorn set out on his hospitality journey as a barista but, to this day, is unable to produce a decent piece of latte art. Nonetheless, his time in the slow bar has provided him with experience in pleasing guests and creating wonderful drip coffee experiences. While he no longer makes a living off making coffee and chitchatting at the bar, K. Chakorn still, from time to time, brews decent coffee in the morning while he stresses over failing to deploy his analytics tool in time for his meetings. On other days, he reads through his report stack, which he continuously endeavors to simplify even further so he can properly enjoy his coffee without getting overwhelmed by all the data.Aside from caffeine and coding, K. Chakorn enjoys rock climbing as a form of personal challenge, where he too must continuously level up. K. Chakorn loves taking on hard challenges and solving everyday hotel problems through homemade solutions, helping his people do better. This is the part of his journey he aims to share, hoping it will be useful to anyone listening.

Chris Crowley joined Duetto in April 2021 as Senior VP of Sales and was promoted to Chief Revenue Officer just a year later in April 2022. Chris leads the global sales organization, which currently operates offices in the US, Argentina, London, Germany, and Singapore.
Prior to working with Duetto, Chris established his Nina & Pinta business travel consultancy in late 2017, working with a wide array of clients, including hotel technology specialist HRS Group.
An experienced travel industry professional, Chris has also worked as Senior Vice President at BCD Travel, currently the world’s third-largest TMC. And he has enjoyed hospitality tenures with Accor, Radisson, Concorde Hotels, Grange Hotels and 47 Park Street Hotel in London, where he worked with Albert Roux.
Chris served on the ACTE (Association of Corporate Travel Executives) board 2006-2008, and as ACTE President 2009-2011. He was Chair of the ACTE Foundation 2011-2013. He was a board member of the Institute of Travel Management (2016-2022). He is currently serving on the board of HSMAI APAC.

In her current role as VP of Global Customer Success at Duetto, Joyce Galvao has focused on creating growth-oriented processes and efficiency, with the goal of improving customer retention and satisfaction. Her previous experience includes her role as Senior Director of Global Customer Success at the same organization.
During her time at COMO Hotels & Resorts, Joyce served as Director of Distribution, overseeing all aspects of revenue management, distribution, and reservations for the company's 12 properties. Additionally, she excelled in implementing revenue and distribution solutions and systems, as well as in training and developing reservations teams.
Joyce has also held previous roles such as Revenue Manager at Maybourne Hotel Group and The Savoy Group, where she focused on revenue management, distribution, and strategy.
