Patrick is a seasoned industry expert with over 35 years of experience in the travel and hospitality technology industries. He has in-depth knowledge of the Asia-Pacific region where he spent 25 years working for global organizations based out of Hong Kong and Singapore. At Oracle Patrick leads a team responsible for driving regional revenue, securing new business, and identifying key strategic opportunities to grow the company’s footprint. Prior to joining Oracle Hospitality, he was the Senior Vice President Asia-Pacific, Middle-East, and Africa for the Rainmaker Group. He has also held senior management positions with Travelport, Sabre Hospitality Solutions, IATA, Expedia, Micros-Fidelio, and SAP; primarily based in Canada and Asia. Patrick has an MBA in International Business from the University of Ottawa, and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from McGill University. He is currently based in Singapore.

As ONDA's Hotel Business Division Team Leader, William drove record-breaking sales through strategic system sales and user feedback updates. His leadership in sales and marketing led to major partnerships with local hotel chains and successful media fam trips.
Recently, as the Global Lead at ONDA and SMARTSCORE, William has overseen major projects in Taiwan and Malaysia, significantly reducing deal closure times. His strategic oversight has boosted partnerships with channels like Agoda and Airbnb, resulting in a 500% increase in accommodations and a 2000% rise in transactions.
